Title: Problem With Mce And Wmc

I installed wmc on my laptop and got it up and running but when i go to play a video it says it cant be played because there are missing files.  any idea what's wrong or how to fix it.

With mce my 360 sees the computer but i get an error message when trying to connect.  I run the program from xbox.com and when it is about to create an account the message comes up saying a problem has occured. anyone else have this problem?
