the bag of shit done the same thing to me iv just reinstalled MCE cos i just put it on il let u know but i beleive you need to remove all versions of .net framework and use the cleanup tool (google it) then try to install again

im do up for a reformat, maybe i will just try that, if u find an easier way that doesnt take so long, write back to me, mine is fofr media connect though, i just have xp home
