Is there a way to use two harddrives and be able to choose to boot into Windows XP or Windows Media Center? It could be really nice since my gaming rig is right next to me console place.

Just partition off some space on your main drive and install windows
MCE as a dual boot system.

I just set up a virtual machine with MCE for whenever i decide to use it.

i have 1 partition and 3 different windows installs. when my comp starts it asks me which os to use.
