Alright, long story short, I bought GTA SA on live a long time ago. Then I got my jtag system and I'd like to play it with this console. I cannot find what folder GTA SA is in on the hdd nor does XM360 patch the game to play with my console. Can someone at least tell me how to find the files of the game on my xbox hdd and how to run them through yaris swap?

xbox1 games dont need patching, you just need the hacked xbox1 emu files on hddx.
look for folder \54540082\ on your hd (this should be gta sa xbox1 titleid)
use xexmenu or freestyledash to browse to this folder and launch default.xbe from the \54540082\ folder

I have a semirelated question. Is it possible to just install xbox1 games to a directory of own choosing, and create a shortcut, Quickboot-style, hereby making it launchable in NXE?

yes it is .. latest quickboot version supports xbox1
