Is that not accurate? Is there actually a good requirement list somewhere? Like I said, I dont think I can JTAG that one outright.
Does a mod bypass the CB? Could a low kernel version + mod work even though the CB was likely updated?

Xenon: 1921 or lower is Exploitable (exception: 8192 IS EXPLOITABLE)
Zephyr: 4558 or lower is Exploitable (exception: 4580 IS EXPLOITABLE this needs falcon version of Free60)
Falcon: 5770 or lower is Exploitable
Jasper 16mb: 6712 or lower is Exploitable
Jasper Arcade (256/512): 6723 or lower is Exploitable
It doesnt matter which version 360 you have AS LONG as the cb is one of the above and pre 8*** dash. I dont think the newer xbox yoiu have will work as you were right in saying that newer xboxs had the bootloader updated in them.
You might get lucky but the only way to know is to dump the nad and check the cb. Hope this helps.

Yeah, you were - he had already stated "I know neither of these are straight up jtag -able" so the clue was in the OP. The fact is you thought you'd be smart and leap right in with a reply. The search function wouldn't have been much help based on what he was asking.
You don't think it's rude to tell someone to next time use the search function better? Fine - next time, don't try and be smart by throwing in a flippant reply - spend the time to read the post before you jump in with both feet.

i could recall the days of asking questions of when the answers were plastered all over the place and someone telling u to search better was a nudge in the right direction i guess now people see that as rudeness oh well no sweat on my back i just think its funny
