if u have 8955_3 u don't need to use xextool,just rip the game iso either from disc (xexloader) or xbox image browser to a usb hard drive and it removes limitations/regions etc without needing to patch and welcome to world of 360 homebrew isn't it sweet!!!

XBR v3 doesnt remove region locks.
