Title: 360 Won't Recognize Games Anymore

I've been having my 360 modded for almost a year now and everything was going along fine, then for some reason it wont recognize the backups anymore. I didn't change the way I was anything, the ripping program, the burning program or the discs. Now when I put a backup in it goes to the Xbox 360 screen and stays stuck there, and when I go back to the dashboard it says play DVD instead of the game title.

What could have gone wrong?

do only some backups not work? what version firmware are u running? what kind of drive is it?

The other backups that I previously made are working fine.

I'm not sure what version firmware it is because I had a guy from the forum flash the drive for me.

Is it possible that the drive may need to be re flashed?

sounds like you may only have up to 1.5 running (1.51 will allow wave X)  so YES you need it reflashed.

Do I have to go through the same procedure as last time or can I use pop a disc in the drive and do it that way?

you will have to redo the previous procedure yes.

I doubt it, but I'd like to use the same guy because he did a good job and he had a very quick turn around.

yea man thats a pain in the ass. you can be lazy like me and just use the patch


video tut with sick lil wayne remix. the patcher itself is pff o matic, its pretty self exsplanitory process, but as the video says it could be dangerous to play online with a patched game
