Title: Emulators On The 360?

I have been looking for awhile and I can't seem to find a clear answer.  Are there emulators that I can put on my 360 and run them directly on it?  I have seen the videos of running over media center, but that's stupid.  I have also seen a bunch about flashing the DVD firmware to play backups, but I have not seen a clear answer whether its possible to put emulators on the xbox.
