Title: Fall Update Included With Any New Games Yet?

I have my old banned modded 360 to a friend of mine, and I was trying to use the files off microsoft website to perform the update.  I tried on a DVD/CD/USB, and it just didn't want to work, kept reading the disc as mixed media.

So I'm wondering if they've included the dashboard update on any of the new games yet.. that way he could just rent the game and it'd update that way.

Anyone seen the dashupdate included on any new games, I thought maybe burnout paradise might have it, don't know for sure though.
