Title: Xna And The Xbox Live Creators Club

I was wondering why nobody here is discussing it.

One interesting project will be to try to build a emulator (SNES) using managed code.

If one is capable of building such thing, what are the legal implications?

Because emulators are simply reverse-engineered original software they are perfectly legal. But many ROMs aren't. Especially SNES, because Nintendo's Wii will have SNES games availalbe for download for a fee.
