Does this mean that you can transfer the Xbox Arcade content from one xbox to another? I love the arcade games, and it would be great it they where not protected.

As Corey said, you can use the hard drive to move the games. You can also use a memory card. Both are just as portable as your DVDs.

Now I kinda got to correct my self, after a day trying on my friends Xbox 360, you are only able to play the full arcade game on his Xbox 360 with you account only.
If you want your friend to play your arcade game, he has to play the game on your hard drive because there it's playable for everyone
Though this thread was transferring Arcade games between Xbox and Xbox 360, but maybe this will help people out on there 360's

He's wrong, I had the registration key for Bankshot Billiards from my friends Xbox and tried to run it on my Xbox, didn't work because the checksum didn't fit my Xbox, still don't know about the Xbox 360 if that will matter.

I'm speaking about 360 content. Not xbox1. And the content does not sign it self to the console. A full package is a full package. However, there could be checks somewhere else through-out the system to verify you have actually purchased that content.

Basicly your gamertag is the registration key, but it's weird how it's possible that the arcade game only on the first Xbox 360 is availible for all users
