can i have ubuntu linux and play xbox live at the same time will i get cought with it like have a linux pc to play and xbox 360 game + live the question is can i have both and not get cought or banned of live?

let me refraze that can i have ubuntu linux installed on the hard drive an still play games normally on xbox live without them seeing that i have ubuntu linux on my hardrive?

If you want to play on xbox live you will be force to upgrade your kernel,you will lose linux.
