Hey all,
I rarely post but I browse the forums everyday! I have a question which I cannot find the answer to (a rare thing on these forums!)
I am not sure if I am flagged or not (if it even means you're flagged) here is the situation...
If I try and follow the steps to see for the 54220 error on the UK xbox.com site, all is fine and I get no error whereas if I do it on the US site, I get the 54220 error, this DOES make sense to me because there is no point me trying to get support in the US when my console is in the UK and is a UK console.
Could this error merely be wrong region for repairs? Or does this mean I am flagged or not?
I am in the UK by the way, has anybody from the UK got the error on the UK site?

I had the same problem. I'm from the Netherlands...Dutch Xbox site worked perfectly, US one gave me the error.
Out of curiosity I did a network connection test on my Xbox (without my HDD plugged in), and it said I had been banned.

For those not already up-to-date with all of this discussion re banning, please don't confuse them by stating the wrong error code. The correct error code is 54420. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
