Title: Gamertag Number Of Accounts On Banned Consoles?

I was banned the other day, got a new console today and recovered my gamertag to discover the number went down from 6 to 4. the number is the number of years youve been a member of XBL, and oddly enough i first modded my xbox 2 years ago. coincidence?
