anyone knows where is it that XBMC stores the save profiles?

They are saved to profilename.xml in the E:\TDATA\0face008 directory.

Can I save them in another partition like "F:"?

Does anyone know how can I save my XBMC settings and profile in partition F: instead of E: ?
