Hello guys,
I hope that some genius in here can help me out.
A few years ago I bought my first xbox360, played offline & online, had some saved games and achievements.
A few months ago it broke down (ROD) and it wasn't in warranty anymore so I decided to wait a little and buy a new one.
Yesterday that moment came and I bought a new Xbox360 Arcade (I read that I can use the old hard drive) and a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live.
The problem is that I cannot recover my Gamertag. The message I get is something about Locale Settings.
I think the reason is that when I renewed the subscription to Xbox Live sometime last year I used my credit card which is registered in a country that is not available in the Locale Settings and when I try to recover the gamertag it doesn't work because the current locale setting is different.
Should I create a new online profile and then try to recover my Gamertag?
