Title: Xbox Live/halo2 Problem! Please Help!

Have you tried using the built in recovery tool in Halo 2? And is Halo 2 a backup or a retail copy?

I bought the game from the store... could you tell me how to use the built in recovery tool in halo2 please

When signing in it should ask you to recover gamertag on the list of gamertags, as far as I know.

It's on http://forums.xbox.com, you'll have to login with your email and password you use for Xbox Live.
