Title: Dlc Question

So I was just thinking of buying the Mission Mode and some costume packs DLC for Ninja Gaiden 2. What I want to know is; can these be used by other profiles on my 360? I have a younger cousin who visits me once/twice every month and he also has a LIVE profile on my system. Can he also use the DLC when playing on his profile? Thanks

I do think so, I have a secondary account for content from other countries and it can use the arcade games, themes and all that that have been registered to my primary account.
I do think the content is linked to your console-id though, hence why you need to use the DRM tool when you have a new xbox.

this is fine if his profile is on your machine, as said the drm content is locked to the consoles id only.

any user of the console can use the dlc.

Not entirely true, I have the flashback maps for Gears2 and can play them on another account but not on a different console.
