Don't know if what you mean is this:

I simply download the .pls files from shoutcast.com and place them somewhere on the xbox. I then access the files via My Music and voila I get radio stations playing.

I have an Evil firewall. Do anyone know witch ports the XBOX use for shoutcast, so I can open them.

I am having the same issues as peachey777.  I upgraded to the latest release of XBMC and although I can get weather and the rest, when I am try to listen to Shoutcast, it states the download of the stations failed.  I read about the .pls files at shoutcast.com and perhaps since it's late Friday, I am blind but I'm dammed if I can find where the .pls files can be downloaded so that I can put them in to the Xbox.
Naturally, as soon as I posted, I found a tool here SPLSRipper that will get those streams.
