From Saints Row's Pre-Order Disc or OXM Disc #61. I don't think the game itself gives you the pics.

If you really want the Gamer Pics, PM me your mailing address and I'll send you the OXM disc since I have no use for it anymore for free

on the oxm disc, you have to unlock the pictures, you basically need to play the saints row demo (don't need to finish it, just load it) and watch a few videos. personally i don't think the saints row icons are that good, they're a bit to cartoony for this game for my liking.
