if thats your LIVE account then the reason you cant play online is because you gotta have XBL GOLD ($50 a year) to play any LIVE game online

I tried it again later and got to the lobby no problem but couldn't start a race. It kept saying couldn't communicate with all others, or couldn't contact server. I'm assuming it's connection related.
I haven't even tried Kameo or COD2 but Quake 4 left me stuck in a corner where I started, could move a little bit but was immedately sucked back to the corner. PDZ seems to be the only game I can play at all but still get killed by shit I didn't even see yet.
One other thing I've noticed is that my profile isn't signed in automatically anymore even though it is set to. Don't know if it has anything to do with the last update or if it's something else.
Oh and it took like 10 hours to download the moto gp demo. It was cookin at first but then slowed to less than a crawl.

either way, that is the source of your problem. do you live somewhere where you can get cable or DSL? i get up to 6gb for only $25 a month on DSL with no problems.

i pay $50 for unlimited
(well as far as i know its unlimited. ive downloaded WAY more than 20 gigs on some months. it could be that the first week i got BB was the same week i got XBL. got 1 call asking about my high net usage and i told them i play online games. they were like "oh, okay then" lol)

And yeah, I'm really waiting to see the first true "banning." It will be interesting to see what the person is banned for and how long it takes to be banned.

Ping Times (Lag) Averages (gaming is best at 120 or less):
Cable: 20
DSL: 50 - 120
Dial Up: 400 - 600
Sat: 900 - 1200
Even if you have a good download/upload on sat, the lag makes gaming on it impossible.
I live right on the edge of DSL so i get raped in cost for a slow 512k connection, but i am at least happy i can game i guess
