Title: Xbox Live Not Responding, Try Again Later! Please Help Me

Dear Friends

I bound smartxx and I chose original bios

the xbox enter with chip off in ms dash!  

I configured the net in ms dasdhboard

I placed as manual and I put the IP and dns everything all right!

the test gives all good!!

I goes and chooses "United States", puts mine gamertag and my date of birth more soon later appears the message "xbox live is not Responding tries later."  

Wthat error is this?  

how i can Resolv ?

Shouldn't this be in the Xbox live forum not the Xbox 360 live forum
