Title: Copy Live Arcade Games With Memory Card?
Post by: jherre6 on November 24, 2005, 06:41:00 PM
Hello,

quick question..  My brother and I each have an xbox. One in my room, one in his. If I buy an arcade game from the live marketplace, can I save it on a memory card, and transfer it to his xbox? The xboxs each have different live accounts.

I would try it, but I don't want to spend the money on a memory card if I can't.

thanks

You can copy the game over on a MEM card, but the game will only work in trial mode on the other xbox

I've read that you will need to rebuy the xbox live arade games.
When you buy a Xbox Live Arcade game it gets locked to your Eprom.  There for you cant transfer
them to other xbox's.  I'm in the same situation,  I have Live Arcade games that I bought and are only
good for my old xbox.
