Title: 360 Live With Dsl Question

I don't know about a dsl line, but I tried with a cable modem and it didn't work

i use DSL with my Live but only have one modem, if i want to play on LIVE or the PC i have to move the modem wherever, i dont have $$ for the router and cable at the moment.  my point is that you can maybe hook up the modem to the 360 and only need to unplug the other modem from the phone line when you want to use the other modem.  if the hassle isnt a big deal then that should work.

routers have become very inexpesive and you can get a very long cable if need be very cheap at frys electronics stores.  router is the best way to go, you can have ur xbox, xbox 360, computer and have an extra port for expansion all at the same time.
