Title: Will There Be Better Guest Support This Time?

A know in this day and age nearly every one has BB but here in the Uk not eveyone can get it ( I couldn't get it untill 9 months ago).

Do you think there will be better guest support this time?

In halo 2 online when I had mates over and we wanted to go on live we could only go in training wich didn't compare to big team battle. i know it was because of the stats system but they could have made it so you could enter it unranked.

Offline play wasn't fun with only four players and with no bots the levels seemed empty.

Why won't M$ allow more people to go on live as long as at least one person has a gold account? It would be great to have split screen on live especailly when there are people who can't get LIVE and their only chance to play it is on someone else xbox.

Why should they pay for a gold account if they can only play at a friends house?

i was just gonna mention that

the reason m$ doesnt allow guests in ranked matches is because you can see the other persons screen. this gives u an unfair advantage ESPECIALLY if your not on the same team

either way, all m$ needs to do is split live into 2 sections, ranked and unranked

but im sure the 360 will do it automatically, if a second person is playing itll go unranked automatically, if just 1 is playing itll auto to ranked

only thing is, the more options u give people, the smaller the sections of the games get... id hate to join a section to find NO ONE else is playing it too, cause theyre all off playuing soemthign else

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it the game developers decision how guests are treated?

MS didn't say Bungie couldn't allow guests in ranked games... Bungie made that decision.

... just a thought.

You're right it is entirely up to the developer to allow guests on Live.  

I would expect the majority games to have this option in the future, as it is quite popular now.
