Silver - free (just like in the rest of the world)
Gold 1m - 819 yen (~7.36 USD)
Gold 6m - 2079 yen (~18.70 USD)
Gold 12m - 5229 yen (~47 USD)

2 six month cards = 37.4
1 twelve month card = 47

You forgot to convert the months to metric months.
