Title: 1.6 Mobo- Where Is 3.3v Standby And Switched Power

I have an IR-mod that only has instructions for non 1.6 motherboards.  I've asked the retailer about it but haven't heard back yet.  All I need are the 3.3V (continous) standby power, and the 3.3V switched power.

One question left: what does "Don't use as current sources" mean?
Can I use the Blue 3.3V for the IR-Mod?
