I have one (not from there though) and it's great, only the first version of the wheel had issues, the v2 ones have the problem resolved.

MS offers a free recall/retrofit of the early ones to repair a potential issue.

Yeah, theyr're the best out right now for the 360!! I am looking into getting one soon. But, for $81, that my friend, is a good buy IF its new lol. But, just so you know M$ fixed the problem you are refering to, but they didn't burn up. (At least none that I know of have haha) but they ok to get now, to say the least.
