I just got a 360 in and it's a weird one..
When I plugged it in and powered up my workbench ATX-360 Power Supply, the fans on the 360 came on. Even though the console was powered off...
Checking it out, the MicroSoft warranty seal was intact and it appeared to be stock in every respect..
Except one...
