Title: Component Q6b1 Problem

I have a problem with error 0001 and I found out 12v and ground got short. I put a trace each component and found out Q6B1 (NTD60N02) damage. I ordered from On semiconductor and replace it.
After replace 0001 is no longer and give me 0102. But not a while about 30 second gave me 0001. I recheck Q6B1 again and found out broken again. I replace it with a new one. Test it same thing no more 0001 but 0102 instead then happen again not even 30 second 0001 come back again.  Found out same component again. What the hell.   (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grr.gif)

LOL, better late then never, I have had this component blow as well. maybe a resistor was broken before it or something ? did u ever find out?
