Bake it in your oven. Set it to 450F and place it in there for 5-6 mins. I'd warm the board up with the heat gun first. Don't worry about the other components on the board, 450F is not going to hurt them at all. All the components on the 360 mobo are rated for higher temperatures. I would make sure the board was powered off for at least a couple hours before baking it. Theres a post in the forums about a guy blowing an electrolytic capacitor. How that happened is beyond me and there could have still been potential in the capacitor.
Take a look at the temperature profiles for solder. There are about a bajillion alloy solders out there with varying melting points. You'll see that the profiles are the about same, slow ramp up then a spike to the melting point for about 5 seconds, and then a slow ramp down. Duplicating that temperature profile at home with a conventional oven will be difficult, so just pre-heat the oven, heat up the board with a heat gun, and toss it in for about 5 minutes and hope for the best.
