Title: Is Any Of The Dvd Drives Bad?

Not wanting to do a firmware hack or anything but I was wondering is the BenQ drive reliable? I got a Falcon board so I don't want to take it back and take a chance on a better drive but a old board.

Board, smoard.  I thought my board was good and it finally failed.  Doing an X-clamp mod fixed it up though.  Look at it this way, its not a matter of if its going to happen, its a matter of when its going to happen.  Cheer up!  We all bought a shitty quality product that provides us entertainment.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
