Title: No 4 Red Lights On The New Premium With Hdmi Port

So, I plugged in my system after I came back with it from a friend and I was just going to see if it had the 4 red lights if I didn't plugged the AV cable in, the answer is not. As I have noticed with other consoles it should show 4 red lights but mine doesn't. I also noticed that when I turned it off it just turned of directly when i hit the power button and made a loud clickingnoise too.

So, do you guys think that they have removed this red ring in the new premium consoles with the HDMI port and the new heatsink?? I'm just a bit curious about it, maybe you could test it on your console.

My Elite (with HDMI and the new heatsink) does exactly the same. So yeah, I think they removed it.

Umm, so it doesn't rrod when you only have HDMI connected possibly?

Well, I have my 360 plugged into a normal TV with the normal cables, so I guess they have removed it from the console.
