Recently on my 360 wireless controller my right bumper button has stopped working. It works every once and a while if I hold it down really hard. What could the problem be? Is it worth opening up to try and fix? I read in this thread that a guy with a similar problem opened it up and fixed it quite easily. Is it worth buying the torx bits for or should I just get a new controller? Thanks.

Yeah it's worth taking apart and having a go at, it's most likely one of the problems listed in that thread. If it works when you press on it pretty hard it's most likely just bent back a little bit and is fixed easy enough. You don't have to get the T8H security driver to take it all apart, but it does make it a lot less of a hassle. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

sometimes the bumper button gets pushed in so all you do is open up the controller and bend the button back out..really simple
