Title: Samsung Drive Not Spinning

Been having big problems with my 360 drive with dirty disc errors etc. Tried the pot tweak but had no luck. So i bought a replacement drive and fitted it. All seemed to go ok but the discs arent spinning now. Doesnt make any attempt to read the disc. Its also doing this if i put the old laser back in. Have i totally killed my drive?

did you remove the solder bubble off of the new laser??

Yeah got that removed first. As i say it wont even spin now when i put the old laser back in (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
