Title: Xbox Power And Dvd Drive

I got the three red lights and did the heat gun trick.  It got it working but now my powerbutton isn't working anymore.  My DVD drive clicks but it doesn't open either.  I can do both using the remote but not on the console itself.

I feel the button being pushed but it just doesn't work on the DVD.  I have no idea on either one.
