Hi guys I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but....
I live in New Zealand and have just recieved my hd dvd addon that I purchased from Ebay USA.
I got it all setup but the damn thing won't read the king kong hd dvd that was bundled.
It will read all other dvd's I'm shocked that it even reads my region 4 ones.
Could my problem be the voltage input?
It is 100v-240v. NZ being 240v.
Or is this thing purely shipping damaged.
Any help would be aprreciated.

*small update*
I have tried 4 movies in this player now but to no avail.
I have rang MS customer service again and they are now telling me the hardware is region coded and will not work with my pal 360.
Is this true?
I thought the players were region free or is it just the movies???
