Title: Grinding But No Scratches

So I'm getting this grinding noise whenever my disc's start to spool up in the drive or slow down to be ejected.  There are no scratches on the faces ofthe disc's though.  I called MS and they told me not to move the console.  The console has sat in the same place since I bought the damn thing in July.  Any ideas or am I going to have to bitch at someone to get it fixed?

if it isnt scratching the discs and the games are playing fine you shouldnt have any problems atall and i think m$ mean not to move the console with a disc in the drive lol!
if its empty lift it above your head if you please it wont harm it

welcome to the new samsung drive... that is just how they are.. no problems there

i dont use backups.. in fact i dont even know or care to know how to flash a drive..i like modding for fun and doing other new features you could not do before.. im not big on mods that only let you get free games (or backups if thats what you would like to call them)
