Title: 360 Wont Turn On First Time..

Iv seen a few things about this before.. Iv just got my 3rd xbox 360 and when i try and turn it on i dont see anything.. i have to turn it off and turn it back on to get it to work.. Will this cause future problems?? Is it fixable?

I have the same exact problem.  Has been doing this for over a couple months now.  It always works on the second boot.  Every now and then I get one red light with an E74 error, but it will boot up fine the next time.
It kind of concerns me, but I guess I could live with it if it never got any worse.
Any input from someone that knows what is going on would be great.
