Title: Samsung Dvd Drive Bad?

Okay, Ive been reading a lot on DVD Rom issues but Im still not sure if my DVD Rom is bad or not. When I put in an Xbox 360 game in, somtimes (now almost all the time) I get an error saying "to play this disk, put it in an xbox 360 console. I dont have any problems playing dvds or any other media disks. Ive also heard I can replace the laser rather then the whole drive and not have to flash anything. Where can I get a replacement laser?
