Title: Backup Hd?

Does anyone know how to backup my profile on my hard drive and all the game saves onto like a memory stick or something?  I only need my profile and game saves.

you need to connect the hard drive to your pc. and then with a program (cant remember what it is), and then you can drag off it what ever you want

ok i've taken out the hard drive from the case.  I see a sata plug, but how do i power it up?  Do i have to use the 4pin thing?
