Hi guys... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Just yesterday i got myself a modded Xbox 360 (Hitachi version). This is the only shop we get it in this region (the modded boxes, of course). So i brought it home, plugged it in, set it up and switched it on. Ooo...nice Xbox logo...then Boom! "System Error. Please contact Microsoft" blah blah. The error code is E67. That means hard driver failure.
The hard drive is not completely dead. It works but i have to switch the console on and off a couple of times before it loads up. If i remove the HDD it works flawlessly.
Now my question is, is there any kind of solution that i could do? Microsoft, of course, will not repair it for me and the shop owner doesnt provide any warranty either (though i will pursue him to give me a new HDD or a console). Will a new HDD solve the problem or will i want a new console altogether?
Please reply. Thanks.

Nevermind. Got it replaced. God bless the shop owners soul. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Everything works ding-dong now. I hope this problem doesnt occur anytime soon.
Thanks to anybody who considered answering my question. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
