Title: 360 Plays In Black And White....

Hi, I have a 360 that works fine, but it only displays in black and white.  I have tried a new av cable and a different port on my tv with no results.  Any ideas?

Can you try a a different TV? just to make sure?

Also, if you are using component, make sure they are connected correctly, often times if one of the three cables isn't hooked up right it will cause the colors to go all funny.

Then again, it may actually be a problem with the 360 itself, but I've never heard of this problem before. Try calling MS.

It is not the tv because my other 360s work fine with it.  Could it be the AV port itself?

swap the av cables if you havn't done so already and see if it's bad. if it isn't could be the connector on the console.
