Title: No Video On 360, No Error Codes Either

The video went out when I was playing a game, and it hasnt come back since.  I tried differnet cables (vga and composite) and monitors with no luck.  There aren't any error codes, and the 360 works fine when I boot it other than the lack of video.  I wanted to try to go to initial setup with my hdd out to see if that fixes it.  Can anyone give me the button presses in order to restore the initial setup?

One of my customer's system have this exact same problem.

I am thinking of overheating issue.. and burned some of the fuse inside.
