I love it when people say to just do a search, that could take a while (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Crossed Wires Method (refer to xbox360firmwaretutorialv13.pdf)
|X. 8. 6. 4. 2. 0.| |SATA signal |
|X. 9. 7. 5. 3. 1.| |connector |
see pin 9 and pin 0 (GND)? When you turn on your xbox360, short those two together using two pieces of thin wire and let go right when you see the green power light turn on. Any longer and you may(will) damage your toshiba drive. I use this method every time and it works.

you can try getting it into MODEB in windows using "MODEB_v05.1" which can be found in autoxbins and download reader V2.6 in order to find your SATA port address which you will need to use with the MODEB_v05.1. its really easy I had the same problem and it worked for me.
ASK if you don't understand something
