Title: Need Help On Flashing My Hitachi 46d

i got my core 360 right before christmas at local walmart's, and was able to get it opened and found out i was "lucky enough" to have a hitachi-lg 46d drive inside(why not sammy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) ). Okay, here's the deal, i was able to connect the drive through a sata cable to my motherboard(through intel ICH5R) and got it working in mode B using SLAXCD, when i logged into windows, it was reconized under mycomputer and able to read the SLAXCD(but couldn't use the eject button). Anyway, I ran the extreme.bat in Commandline mode and everything seemed okay. How do I know if i have installed the modified firmware? is there anyway to check in the dashboard or any signs? currently, i dont have any DL medias to test. thanks in advance. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
