Team Devil360 informed us their new website is now live. As reported earlier they will announce their new Xbox360 product on 06/06/06 (that's tomorrow). As soon as we get the news we'll post it here on the new of course, so stay tuned.

I could be full of crap, but consider this:
Their first 3 recommended sites contain a link to blackbolts site.. which is nothing but cosmetic afaik. Blackbolt also is releasing his skin tomorrow, on june 6th. There are plenty more technical xbox sites out there far more in depth than blackbolts.. no offence, hes a supurb skinner - but relates nothing to do with 360 hardware, rather actual xbox hardware.
So far they have only said things about the original xbox, and nothing to do with the hardware of the 360 - other than what is pretty much common knowledge. they didn't comment on the public firmware hack by c4e or anything, and no communication was made through email as stated.
Guess we will find out in 12 hr or less. So many things supposed to happen tomorrow, Devil 360 site releases their news, blackbolt releases mc360, devil takes over earth, the skin editor for mc360... should be an interesting day.
Hopefully its an expansion on the hacking side for 360 rather than a new skin or skinning utility for the original xbox. I have to say they have a nice design for the site at the least.

Sure it could be fake, sure it could be something small and insignificant, but they do list a lot of modding details and the steps that brought us to the first modded xbox.
Who knows? Only the people on the inside, as for the rest of us, we gotta wait 24 hours for what could be ground breaking or it could be nothing. Either way it's exciting times

interesting how M$ is releasing a gi-normous dashboard update the same day that devil360 is planning their unveiling. Looks like the cou de grace to anyone who STILL believes that we will get modchip functionality or be able to run homebrew from these guys.
Lets just say for a second that Devil360 did find a way to circumvent something incredible like the hypervisor. The very fact that M$ is releasing their update the same day means one of two things.
1. the dudes at devil360 found a way and then M$ found out and is releasing an update that same day to render their hack useless
2. It is all bull$hit

It doesn't seem like you can purchase the modchip from their site, and the information they are providing is not necessarily illegal. And besides, it really depends on which country it is being hosted on, a modchip is not illegal to use in all countries.

This is also only half true. Because any developer worth a lick will obfuscate page queries behind an htaccess file or httpd.conf htaccess setup with mod_rewrite.
Which means, in laymen's terms, you type in www.foo.com/bar and serverside it does www.foo.com/?q=bar or whatever else you want it to. This keeps users from knowing what, if any, serverside processor you are using, as well as hiding the real document structure of the site.

Well, it really depends on where they are located. Over in California the time is about 14 o'clock, while Devil360 has been a total failure over in Eastern Europe and Asia where it is already the 7th june. They still have about 40 minutes left before it is a total failure in central europe, where I'm located (Denmark).

I had tried to maintain a degree of hope along with my skepticism upon the initial announcements. The fact that XS made it's post 2 days ago regarding Devil360 added to this hope, but now I'm left wondering what the hell is going on.
