Title: Flashing Ring Of Light

consoles being a bit weird,  the green power light on console keeps flashing, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grr.gif)  this only started today and  I've tried searching for the solution on the scene and on xbox.com but with no joy. Any ideas on why it's doing this would be welcome.

is it sittin vertical. And is the segment changing?

or is the full thing flashing??
