idk wut to do, i dont think u can return opened games...if u think about it, i cant really prove that the level is fuked up...not fair (IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif)
EDIT: nevermind, i looked at my cd and there's a scratch thats in a perfect circle...i kno it was my brother cuz i alrdy knew about tiltin the xbox while it is on...goddamn

The exact same thing happened to me. I ran in and hit the button and the elevator went up, but he didn't, so he slowly sunk through the floor of it.

when moving around in bright light and the cell phone in hand the onscreen (phone) picture falls out of the phone.. and kinda traces behind your hands movement.. looks stupid
this is just one of the bugs i instantly noticed.. demo bored me quickly so didnt bother anymore.

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me but on the main floor of the library, I believe thats where it happened. In my case I was running a long, got killed, the game re-loaded from the last check point, and when the game resumed the dvd drive stopped and everything was black. I could move around, fire, etc... but the game play was pretty much useless. Loading a save didn't restart the dvd drive. Exiting the game and restarting the game gave me the unable to read disc error message. I had to eject the disc and reload it for it to work. Thats the only problem I've had so far.I also experienced the thug in the elevator. Kinda wierd seeing him sink through the floor when the elevator went up. Speaking of sinking through floors, the part later on when you fall through the floor scared the piss out of me and made my wife who was sitting on the couch yell "JESUS!"
