Title: Speed Of X360 Wireless Adapter?

Is the Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter running at 54Mbps or 108Mbps?

I've tried looking for those spec off many sites but i can't seem to find it.

Given the fact that descriptions of it do not explicitly say it does 108 you can know that it only does 54mb.  If it did more you know they would advertise that feature.  

I'm not sure that it would work as 108 anyway because to get 108 the manufacturers all use a proprietary technology (for example Linksys calls their speedooster) and I don't think those technologies are compatible.  (meaning if you have a linksys wireless router with speedbooster (108mb) and a netgear wireless card with their version of 108mb I don't think it would work.  Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
